Kristin Smith - Owner                           
Kristin is one of the owners and founding members of Always There Home Care of Susquehanna Valley. Kristin has been involved in the long-term care setting since she was 18 years old when she got her CNA at a local nursing home. Kristin moved on from the nursing home and accepted a position as the Alzheimer's Unit Direct at Providence Place of Dover. It was there that she discovered her passion for enhancing the lives of those living with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Over the years she has obtained many certifications that improve the life of those living with Alzheimer's and dementia. These certifications include Alzheimer's Association Support Group Facilitator, Certified Alzheimer's Educator, and the Virtual Dementia Tour certified trainer. Kristin graduated from Baker College with her Bachelor's in Psychology and graduated from Aspen University with her Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration. 

Rachel Behne - Owner

Rachel is one of the owners and founding members of Always There Home Care of Susquehanna Valley. She too has been involved in the long-term care setting since she was 18 years old when she got her CNA at a local nursing home. Since then she has worked in several positions in the long-term care setting that range from CNA to assistant director of a home care agency. Rachel graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College with her Associate's in Healthcare Administration and is currently pursuing her RN to BSN through Harrisburg Area Community College and Millersville University.
